NeoNBiz (representative Kyu-Tae Lee, www.neoenbiz.com), specializing evaluation on environmental effect, introduced ‘Neomond’, nano diamond water, during the ‘International Materials∙Components Industry Show (iMAC 2011, www.imac21.co.kr)’ happening in KINTEX, Ilsan, Korea on May 25(Wed)~28(Sat).
Nano diamond water can be applied to environment, abrasion, plating, and polymer. In its bond structure, surface single atom in an integrated state of hetero atom gathers again not being grinded easily. Generally, MND (Modified Nano Diamond), and MNDG (Modified Nano Diamond + Graphite) with S.S.D Plasma surface treated are used in 10-500m.
By using UDD to compound plating (UDD + metal) durability of abrasion and longitude are improved very much comparing with plating with only metal. It’s applicable as absorbents for bacteria, or virus, and antifreezes for medicine.
