Ilshin Autoclave (www.suflux.com) displayed ‘Nano Disperser’, the high pressure homogenizer, during the ‘International Materials∙Components Industry Show(iMAC 2011, www.imac21.co.kr)’ happening in KINTEX, Ilsan, Korea on May 25(wed)~28(sat).
When material(Fluid) is passed orifice module under ultra high pressure condition, supersonics speed is formed by a rapid decrease in pressure. At this very moment, the material can be cell destruction, atomization, emulsion, dispersion, and liposome by impact, cavitation and turbulence shear stress of particle.
It is being widely used such as electronic materials, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic due to it has better efficiency than other technology such as using homomixer, supersonics and ball mill.
