[Preview PIS 2012] KOTITI, Presenting Various Textile Products like Special Spun Yarns and Moisture Management Finishing Knits

KOTITI (Director General, Dr. Young-Ryul Kim, www.kotiti.re.kr) will participate in ‘Preview in Seoul 2012′ which will be held at Coex, Korea from September 5(Wed)~7(Fri) with ‘Multi-Structural Spun Yarn’, ‘Patched Yarn’, ‘Hybrid Covering Spun Yarn’ and moisture management textile products.

Different kinds of fibers appear in inner and outer sector with a periodic alternation along the lengthwise direction of single yarn.

The basic parts of fibers are covered with different kinds of fibers periodically along the lengthwise direction of single yarn.

Different kinds of staple fibers(color or material) consist in core and sheath sector of single yarn separately.

Different kinds of appearance and cross section are shown along the lengthwise direction of single yarn controlled by length of exposure or ratio of staple fiber and filament.

‘Conductive Yarn’ acts as signal carriers and helps to transmit electrical signals between digital devices for wired or wireless communication.

It absorbs, spreads and transports sweat from skin to outside very qucikly, so sweat remains on back of fabric in less than 3 sec.

It provides water repellent property on the surface of a fabric, quick sweat absorbing and spreading property on back of a fabric and excellent air permeability and moisture transpiration properties.

Meanwhile, ‘The 13th  Preview in Seoul’, one of the Korea’s largest exhibitions in fiber industry will be held by KOFOTI (Korea Federation of Textile) under four theme of  ’TRANS NATURE’, ‘TRANS DIMENSION’,'TRANS SEDUCTION’ and ‘TRANS FUTURE’ with the concept of ‘Trans New’. 400 booths of 250 companies and 10,000 buyers are expected.
